Brandon serves as a Senior Consultant and Business Operations Manager. In this role, Brandon ensures business processes function smoothly and leads process improvement projects. Brandon has over a decade of leadership experience in juvenile justice and social service organizations. He has extensive experience in performance management, process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance. Prior to working with ESI, he held high-level management positions, including placement manager at the Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections, chief audit executive at the Oregon Youth Authority, and director of operations for an agency serving both adults and youth with developmental disabilities in Idaho.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Corban University and a Master's degree from Summit University. Professional certifications include: Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Government Audit Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified Lean Process Improvement Facilitator (Portland State University).
